RAM банк., фин. ипотека [закладная\] с обратным аннуитетом*, обратная рентная [аннуитетная\] ипотека* (финансовое соглашение, согласно которому кредитор производит периодические выплаты заемщику в счет стоимости принадлежащей заемщику недвижимости; такой кредит может подразумевать пожизненную выплату кредитором заемщику определенных сумм, в этом случае после смерти заемщика кредитор становиться собственником заложенной недвижимости; также такой кредит может подразумевать, что выплаты заемщику будут осуществляться в течение фиксированного периода или до достижения общей суммой выплат оговоренного в кредитном соглашении предела, в этом случае кредит обычно погашается за счет поступлений от продажи заложенной недвижимости)
